The Institute For The Future
IFST Director John Teton appeared as a guest expert presenting the International Food Security Treaty to the Institute's 2010 Ten-Year Forecast Conference in Sausalito, California on April 26, 2010.

The International Food Security Treaty (IFST) was discussed in a panel at the New York University Master’s Program in Global Public Health's ongoing series Conversations in Global Public Health on January 23rd, 2009.

The International Food Security Treaty (IFST) was the focus of presentations for members and staff of the U.S. Senate and for the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health on April 16th and 17th, 2008.

On Monday, October 22, 2007, John Teton, the Director of the International Food Security Treaty Campaign, lectured at the William H. Gates PUBLIC SERVICE LAW SCHOLARSHIP Speaker Series.

April and October, 2005: University of California, San Francisco
On October 17, 2005, medical students at the University of California, San Francisco presented a program on the International Food Security Treaty (IFST). Titled “Human Rights, Public Health, and the Food Security Treaty,” the program featured Dr. Robert S. Lawrence, founder and director of the Center for a Livable Future at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and John Teton, founder and director of the International Food Security Treaty Campaign.
